This beginners kit is nicely constructed with everything you need to get started in decorating with icing. Plenty of changeable tips and a reusable bag. I clean mine with a bottle brush and it works out well.

My daughter has been watching too many cooking/baking shows during this stay-at-home season. She asked for a piping set…so obviously I replied that you have to make me a cake with it.This is her first cake she made, and decorated with ease using this cake decorating set. She’s played with ones that you use with cookies or ginger bread house…which were all horrible experience. With this set, my beginner baker was able to decorate with her imagination, and making it look so professional – Nailed It!!

I have seen YouTube videos of people using the Russian tips and just had ot have a set. It does take some practice, so I would not start with these if you have never used piping tips before. For people who have used icing tips, it takes a little practice, but it’s worth it. Find a really good icing recipe because your icing is key to success. I saw a picture of cupcakes decorated with all white icing. That was a great place to start. They looked like they were decorated with white flowers. I splurged and put a gold dragee in the center of each flower.
